It wasn't that bad, got a little boring given that you could only shoot straight up, adding in a way to move the cannon would be nice. Also, since the game gets progressively harder, maybe some sort of upgrading system would help to.
It was ok for a first attempt, the enemies were basically useless without health, and the collectible glasses were also fairly pointless. The first song was ok, but the second one was just a bad choice. But all in all, it wasn't too bad of a first game, I would suggest maybe pressing a button on the keyboard instead of clicking on the button to win, also put a button on the ending screen to restart the game. Keep working at it.
"USE YOUR ZAPPY GUN TO STOP THEM!" and "My sister has cancer.... ZOMBIE CANCER!!!" are now two more quotes that will make me laugh at inappropriate times.
There wasn't really a whole lot to it, you just made money... I would suggest adding maybe skills to train, like salesmanship or game quality, and maybe make those have to be high enough to get the better games and consoles. Speaking of the games and consoles, I didn't see a whole lot of difference between them. It also got to the point where the deals weren't worth anything, I would make $10 mil a day, so 115k became pennies to me. Don't get me wrong, it was put together nicely and worked well, I would suggest working on fleshing it out and adding more elements to keep it fresh.
I saw this and thought... oh great, another boring stick platformer... but it actually was pretty well done. I was going to comment on some of the bugs, but then level 10 was all about using them!
I had begun to lose faith that I would ever see another episode of this incredible saga... however, after viewing it, I have to say that the wait was absolutely worth it. Great humor and great action as always, but the 8-bit transition was what obviously stole the show. I was enraptured from the very beginning, and didn't realize it was about a half hour long until it was over. I have to say that this is, without a doubt, the BEST flash movie I've ever seen, and you did a fantastic job of not only satisfying me and hopefully many other fans, but also keeping us hungry for even more. All the best with Ep. 8, I know I'm excited for it.
It is a little difficult, but I wouldn't say overly too hard. I agree with some suggestions made earlier, maybe make the mech be able to take more hits... or perhaps have a mode selection that would make it fun for anyone, regardless of how good they are at the game. Also, I think the control scheme was a little flawed. I didn't like using the mouse to move... it was too inconsistent at times for me... maybe have the arrow keys move... also, I think either the gun was too strong, or the sword too weak, because I didn't really use the sword much. The game itself, however, was a lot of fun. Just iron out those control issues, and I think this could be something really awesome.
I was ensnared in the movie from the beginning, and the way the story was told was amazing... I did notice that the words got a little off, but other than that it was flawless.

Fun little game
It started out easy and then got pretty tough near the end... I got 38/50 states for Nader... So close...

Ok...
It wasn't bad, had a decent amount of sounds... I didn't understand the extra thing though...
It was Luigi flying.
Thanks for the review!
